“Hello, Rachel here. So, not long to go now until our new ‘Tranquil Earth’ natural aromatherapy candle is released.

And I wanted to make a little video to talk about one of the essential oils that I’ve used in this natural aromatherapy blend to scent this candle. And that is Petitgrain essential oil.

So, I will show you Petitgrain… So, this is Petitgrain essential oil. So, Petitgrain has a beautiful fresh, light floral, slightly citrus aroma. And that’s due to the fact that it is extracted from the leaves and the twigs of the bitter orange tree, Citrus aurantium.

So, Petitgrain is a beautiful calming but also cheering essential oil, and it gives our Tranquil Earth candle a beautiful light floral, citrus aroma- that with the Bergamot essential oil that I’ve used as well, which is also a very calming and cheering essential oil so these two work beautifully together.

And, to me, Petitgrain and Vetivert- the earthy, smoky aroma of Vetivert… really deep, beautiful, thick, dark essential oil - these two are just a match made in scent heaven!
